Here at Grilling Is Happiness, we believe that grilling is not just about the food, it’s about the experience. Grilling is a social event. We grill out to celebrate holidays, graduations, and family reunions. We grill when tailgating in support of our favorite teams. Sometimes we get together for a cookout simply to spend time with family and friends.
There are a few ways that grilling for a crowd is different from a small family dinner. With a larger group, you need to pull out your best skills—and make sure you have enough food for everyone! With that in mind, we got together with bloggers around the country to ask their readers this question:
What are your grilling tips when hosting a party?

Glad to see this video. I have a chimney chcaoral starter and have used it 3 times, thinking each time what a PITA it is! That’s because I didn’t know to put the paper in the very bottom compartment .lol, I thought it needed to be inside the container with the chcaoral directly touching the newspaper. What a schmuck I can be at times
